How to make a booking
Simply by emailing or phoning us giving all relevant details about your event, such as when it is, where it is, access to the site, start and finish time, how many people you are expecting to cater for. If power is available, where you expect to locate our van/vans.
If you are having a private party / function then we need to discuss other aspects of the occasion.
Terms and Conditions of Van Bookings
When you have made a booking, we expect the booking to be confirmed via email or in writing and not cancelled at the last minute. When we accept a booking we commit to being at your event. Some booking require Deposits.
